Loville.co will like to highlight that the respective time frame stated for each delivery option is an estimation. Loville.co will not be liable or held responsible for any delay for backorder processing or parcels that are after dispatch as the shipment process is not within our control. Loville.co will do the utmost to expedite the delivery process whenever possible.

All orders are non-cancellable after purchase. If any of the order details or address details are submitted wrongly, please drop us an email as soon as possible. Once order has been processed, we will not be able to make any changes. Customer will need to be responsible to provide correct order details.
Upon an error-free transaction, all non-customization orders will be dispatched within 2 business days or else, within the processing time as indicated in each individual product page. In the event of an incomplete or unsuccessful payment process, your order will be terminated and you will then be notified via email within 24 hours.
For orders with ring sizer, ring sizer will be delivered first followed by the actual items (inclusive of non-ring items) upon size confirmation. Please indicate under remarks/request box at checkout if you like to have your non-ring items delivered together with the ring sizer. Additional delivery charges apply for the above split order delivery request. For every single order with ring items, you will be entitled to a ring sizer free of charge with product selection.
For orders with mix in stock, customization/backorder items, your order will only be shipped out when all items are consolidated and ready for dispatch. Please indicate under remarks/request box at checkout if you like to have your in stock items delivered first, followed by any customization/backorder items when ready. Additional delivery charges apply for the above split order delivery request.
For customization orders, please ensure all mandatory inputs such as engraving option and details are indicated correctly. Please also ensure that the content and item to be engrave are chosen with confidence as there will be no refund/exchange once these items are being processed.
For customization or backorders with ring sizer, processing time will commence upon ring size confirmation.
