- Express Delivery for the Ring Sizer is chargeable. Processing Time begins only after ring size is confirmed.
- Next Day Delivery applies to in-stock orders received before 4 PM (SG time), excluding Public Holidays and customization orders.
- Customization includes items with engraving or photo customization.
- Backorders (BO) have an estimated processing time of 2 to 6 weeks.
In the event if above courier partners stated are unavailable, an alternate courier partner will be engage to fulfill the delivery requirement. Loville.co will like to highlight that the respective time frame stated for each delivery option is an estimation. Loville.co will not be liable or held responsible for any delay for backorder processing or parcels that are after dispatch as the shipment process is not within our control. Loville.co will do the utmost to expedite the delivery process whenever possible.

ORDERS
All orders are non-cancellable after purchase. If any of the order details or address information are submitted incorrectly, please email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, no further changes can be made. Customers are responsible for providing accurate order and shipping details.
Upon a successful and error-free transaction, all non-customization orders will be dispatched within 2 business days, or within the processing time stated on the individual product page. If the payment process is incomplete or unsuccessful, your order will be terminated and you will be notified via email within 24 hours.
Orders with Ring Sizer
For orders that include a Ring Sizer, the sizer will be delivered first, followed by the actual items (including non-ring items) after size confirmation. If you would prefer your non-ring items to be delivered together with the Ring Sizer, please indicate this under the remarks/request box at checkout. Additional delivery charges will apply for split order delivery. Each ring order is entitled to one complimentary Ring Sizer based on product selection.
Orders with In stock and Customization/Backorder
For orders that contain both in-stock and backorder items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are ready for dispatch. If you wish to receive the in-stock items first, please indicate this under the remarks/request box at checkout. Additional delivery charges will apply for split order delivery.
Orders with In stock and Out of Stock
For orders containing both in-stock and out-of-stock or discontinued items, the in-stock items will be delivered, and store credits for the unavailable items will be issued separately via email.
Orders with Customization/Engraving
For customized orders, please ensure all required fields—such as engraving options and details—are filled in accurately. Engraving samples are for illustration purposes only, as actual designs will vary depending on content, product size, and color. Please double-check your inputs, as there are strictly no refunds or exchanges once customization has begun.
For customized or backorder items that include a Ring Sizer, the processing time will begin only after ring size confirmation.
