You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 

For Singapore orders, we accept Grabpay/ Atome / Hoolah which offers interest free instalment plans available upon checkout page. Offline payments are also available via Paynow, ibanking or ATM transfer

Offline payment have to be cleared within 24 hours to avoid order cancellation.

Upon payment completion, please drop us an email at support@loville.co with the info:

• Your order number (e.g 4536)
• Payment receipt (e.g photo of payment)

You will be notified once payment is verified and upon order being dispatched within 2 business days.

Upon an error-free transaction, your order will be dispatched within 2 business days excluding any customization time and backorder item(s).

In the event of an incomplete or unsuccessful payment process, your order will be terminated and you will then be notified via email within 24 hours.

All in-stock orders will be dispatched within 2 business days.

Backorder: + 1~3 weeks

We are sincerely regretful if you have received a defective item as your 100% satisfaction is important for us. Please fill up Exchange & Return Form within 3 days from the received date.

Defective items will have to be return within 14 days from received date. 

You will be notified via email after the exchange being processed within 3 business days upon receiving the return item(s).

One-time Free Ring Size Exchange is offered to customers to purchase with confidence. (Not applicable for Backorder/engraved/clearance items)

Every order with fixed size ring item(s) are entitled to one ring sizer free of charge upon order selection/remarks.
